College Basketball News at YouWager: Jayhawks’ Ben McLemore to Play

Kansas Jayhawks’ Ben McLemore was spotted practicing after an ankle sprain. YouWager experts have learned that the leading scorer for No. 4 Jayhawks will play against the Texas Longhorns tomorrow.

Yesterday the team’s coach Bill Self stated that McLemore is “going to be close to 100 percent” against Texas (8-8, 0-3 Big 12). The Missouri native is averaging 16.4 points, second best in the college basketball Big 12.

Earlier this week McLemore hurt his right ankle during the 61-44 win over the Baylor Bears. Self added that McLemore did some shooting on his own during practice on Wednesday, however he was expected to return to full practice for the Jayhawks (15-1, 3-0).
